Help!!
We have a 98 2wd Ranger that was lowered when we got it. I am confident that it was lowered 4". It has an axil flip on the back and tublar control arms on the front. We need to raise it some, +/-2" to get rid of the fender rub on bumps. When we got it, it had smaller tires that were two small and did not look right and messed up the speed-o. We have put a larger wheel and tire on it, they look great and got the speed-o close but now we get some rub.
I dont know what type of drop it has. How can I tell? I don't know if the drop is in the coils, control arms, or both on the front.
Is there anyway to tell with out taking the springs off and measuring them? stamps on springs somewhere, something specific about the tublar control arms? Please help.
Is there anyway to safely add spacers to the springs?
Thanks
