Ive got the ranger sport, so it sits higher than stock, from the underside it looks like there is just some blocks between the axle and the leafs, can i just pull those blocks out and put the leafs back down on the axle, and what torque should i reset the ubolt nuts to?

Just going to crank the front torsion bars down, whats th lowest I should go on the stock torsion bars. I saw it on here once, but lost the article.

Thanks justin

You already have lowered bars from the factory. In '08, ford clocked the keys a few degrees to create a lower ride height. Dont crank them down too far, you'd run into upper and lower balljoint angle issues.

Yes, you can take out that 1.5" block and just bolt everything back together. Torque spec is 75 ft/lb. And that's only if you've got enough threads to do so. It is suggested to never reuse u-bolts, as they stretch when tightening.

I had originally cranked the front up an inch or so, but i now brought the front down 2 inches, slight left pull now, but i should be able to fix that if i put the left up a little.

Rears down inch and half.

All feels good, just feels alot different tho. harder in the rear and the front has a total different feel.
