i have a 1993 ford ranger stx ext cab 4x4...i have a 4inch suspension lift. how do i lower mid bearing? anyone have any pictures or anything? parts list?

Relocating the crossmember to mount under the frame is one way...

I had very little luck fixing a vibration by lowering it on a 4" lifted '93 Supercab (reduced it somewhat, but wouldn't eliminate it).
A much better option is to swap in a one piece driveshaft from a '98up Ranger (the '98-'00 steel shafts being the most desirable).

I wouldn't bother dicking with it. Just swap in a one piece shaft and be done with it.
