Lower intake removal with valve covers on?

Can I do it? Spraying coolant out everywhere right where lower intake meets head in the rear, at the rubber tab...if that makes since. Kicking myself now cause I just replaced valve cover gaskets this winter...should have replaced lower intake gasket as well! Damn!

No sir. Impossible. The valve cover seals to the intake on the top.

EDIT: This pic isn't the best, but you can see how the intake has 4 holes for the valve cover.

Thanks bud, that is what I thought...sweet diagram. At least it will be warm when I tear down the whole entire top end!
