low end rebuild

hi guys, I accidently bought a 94 ranger 4x4 4.0, that need a low end rebuild. long story short I was planning on buying the truck 4 2000 but when I went to go take it for the test drive there was a knocking in the rear of the engine when I told the guy about it I lower the offer to 1000 which I didn't think he would take because he had a few other people lined out to test it. so now I have it and took it down to a mechanic to figure out the exact problem and the crank shaft is loose. anyway i have to rebuild the lower end of the engine, and would like send a little extra on forged pistons and crankshaft so I can supercharge or turbocharge down the line. I've looked online for a while now and cant find anything. I've also look though a few of the posts about this subject and cant find any links to the parts I need. any suggestions on brands or websites I should look a specifically look at?

Pull the heads/pushrods/lifters

Youre gonna have to remove the main caps/rod caps.

Crank will need machined or replaced. Youll need the cylinders bored (or atleast honed).

Pay close attention to torque specs on the rods and mains when you reassemble it (with new bearings of course)

Might as well toss an oil pump in it and clean the pickup screen.

Youll have to remove the cam, id probably replace it, have the machine shop that does the boring and shit reinstall new cam bearings.

Once all the rotating assembly is back togther youll need oil pan, rear main, timing cover and a few other gaskets.
