Lots of shaking and i cant take it any more

Hey all, i was wondering if you guys can help me out. My truck has been shaking a lot lately. Its when i am driving around and accelerating that the truck starts to almost kick back sorta like when you were learning to drive a stick and you didnt give it enough gas in first but it didnt stall. I had the clutch checked and they said there wasnt any issues but im just not sure. I was wondering if maybe its a fuel issue or if its a bearing in the back somewhere. Any ideas would be appreciated.

oh and it has plenty of oil and coolant.

Throttle Position Sensor would be my guess.
Maybe try changing the fuel filter first, it's cheaper.

just wondering if ur engine misses when it's in nuetral & you slowly apply throttle til it gets up to 2,000 rpm?
