losiing fuel pressure?

All that is needed for evil to succeed is that good men do nothing.
Anyone have an idea what might be goin on? I have a 95 4.0 M/T ranger, and it seems to me that if i hit the brakes too hard, i seem to lose fuel pressure and the truck dies. i cycle the key 3 or 4 times and the truck restarts????
