yes i am criticizing those who choose to operate powersports vehicles sans-helmet. because doing so is like cocking a gun and looking down the barrel: best case scenario things go as planned and you live, worst case scenario...you die horribly

I'd call that ^^ the next to worst thing.

It would be worse to burden your [insert loved one here] with perpetual care of a vegetable/parapalegic/brain damaged/spastic dumbass.
