and i havent used the front 4wheel in god knows how long.. but should i just go all the way and get another axle off a RBV and rebuild it? i want to build it strong but keep it fairly cheap.. $300-450 area, if more than so be it..

is also my DD and cant be out for long..
i know the truck well and i can do it.. i just cant find all the parts

why would you need to buy any new axles? rangers are very common vehicles, any of your local auto parts stores should have all the bearings and seals you need in stock...and i wouldnt imagine it'd cost $450 to replace it all...even if you replaced your brake rotors and pads too.

just stop by a parts store and ask them what all you need and what its going to cost.

if your doing it yourself, it can be somewhat time consuming if youve never been into the TTB before.
