I know your looking for a manual trans--but this site has yielded impressive buys, at times--here is a 2011, with approx. 50k on it, has a shell on it as well---vehicles are listed all over the country, and you might see something worth buying!!

I used GSA auctions for years, was better at winning those ones than ebay, and you wouldn't wanted to go agin me on ebay.
It was when I lived in Nashville and found the site just goofing around buying computers to tinker with and maybe sell.
Hek I turned into an accidental ebay power seller just goofing around
(if you want tips on how to win one on GSA I'll certainly fill you in, but not wishing to publish that info)
They're arranged in regions, from TN I was in Atlanta GA region but also bought lots from the one just west(Ft worth) just north( PA I believe) and just nw(KC iirc)
They handle Gov't assets, when an agency turns items over for disposal the items first go up for grabs by other agencies, then by police departs, fire, schools etc, then on to the auctions. I did get 100+ Dell battery chargers the size of a med suitcase(each charged 4 batteries simultaneously) New in box, still in warranty, for $400, sold em like hotcakes for 49.95, $800 chargers, from Census in dallas(they'd needed 200 but someone had ordered 400) Dell hated me for a while, they'd stopped making the model and were forced to replace faulty ones with an 8 bay that cost $1600. (I loved finding ones that the "green" light didn't come on

)
You'll also find yourself dealing with NASA(as in computers) FBI, VA, Immigration, NWS, IRS, ETC etc
You can get good stuff there, but most times has been passed over by numerous places.
Chance and luck are also factors but rare.
It's been 12 years since I used them at all
