So, the junkyard has a few 300s right now.

Any insight as to which combo of head and intake manifold to run? Figure worst case I can grab those now and start the port and polish work before I fill the engine stand.

The EFI head flows better then the carbed head. If you can score an offenhauser 4bbl (they are out there) those flow best from what ive read.

The EFI and carbed heads both run the same intake bolt pattern IIRC. The 302/351 did. The 460 was the only oddball as far as that went.
