I've changed camshaft sensor, crankshaft sensor and the cam shaft synchronizer and now it's still running rough and now hard to start

So what was the initial issue that led you to replace those sensors? You sure everything was aligned okay when you reinstalled the sensors? Any check engine lights? Need more information please.

Welcome to TRS :)

1998 Mazda 3.0l (B3000) automatic

What were original symptoms?
If crank sensor is bad engine would not start, ever

Cam sensor issue can cause rough running, but so can a host of other things
Cam sensor issue WILL turn on CEL(check engine light) and set cam sensor codes
In 1998 you should have a 3 wire cam sensor, 1999 and up used 2 wire and they are NOT interchangeable

If no CEL then you have a mechanical issue, not a sensor issue
3.0l Coil Packs did have issues
Pull out spark plugs and have a look at the tips, see if they show Rich running or oil burning issue

Coil pack spark plug wires are easy to mix up
3 4
2 6
1 5

Those are the matched pairs, 3/4, 2/6, 1/5 on the coil pack
So NOT
3 6
2 5
1 4

How long have you owned this vehicle?
How long has it been "running fine"

Anyone can get "bad gas", and at anytime, has a high water content, so engine is running fine and you fill up and then a day or two later engine is running poorly, "what the heck???"
Simplest explanation is often the correct one, so don't over think things

When you replaced the synchronizer did you use the alignment tool and was your engine at cylinder 1 TDC on the compression stroke? Of not them your timing Is off.
