Looking for a racin crash, it was either Indycar or IRL

I'm trying to remember what race track and year. I think it was IRL but could be a indy car. Anyways it is in the race that a car goes airborn and the driver behind him drives under his car and barely misses the rear tire of the airborn car from hitting his helmet. The replays actually show him ducking as he drives under that airborne car.

What race and year was this race?

Well the car that went airborn was red, I think it was back in the mid 90's...a real race, don't think it's Indy 500, or CART, but not sure.
