Looking at some new wheels

Hey i found some 17inch wheels on craigslist that came off a 2003 Honda Accord. They have the 5*114.3 bolt pattern the same as the ranger. They are Stern Racing Wheels and they have Faulken ZIEX ZE512 size 215/45/17 tires mounted on them. I was wondering if these would work on my truck and everything. I am not sure off the offset of backspacing yet. Im waiting for a reply back on that.

nvm guys sorry. the guy didnt know waht he was talking about. They are really a 5x100 bolt pattern so they wont fit.
