i want to get a my 4wd ranger level but need opinions on wht to get.ive so far found daystar blocks that im likin and rough country leveling coils.im not rich and still in school so the nice brands like superlift and skyjacker might kill my wallet.does anyone kno wht would be good to level it while it will still align pretty close to factory?

so far with everything ive seen and heard you cannot lift the front of your vehicle more than 2 inches without drop brackets and alignment... i was thinking about doing the daystar leveling things and 2 inch lift springs for a total of 4 inches but a bunch of people told me not too... if i were you i would just save up, i know its hard im waiting on my money tree too, save up and get a good lift or buy the leveling coils and it would get you level plus have the flex, daystar things wouldnt give the same flex.... anyways good luck.

yea i the coils are wht i want b/c my buddy has a jeep with a rough country lift and says the rough country coils ride better than his stock coils.i hope thats true cuz mine beat me to death if u hit a pot hole.im am thinkin of savin for a 4in suspension lift.do u kno wht size tires i could get on with 4in of lift.im willin to cut the corners of the valance out

well i would bet you could probably safely run 33s with no rubbing or anything which is a good tire size. dont neeeed to regear and still get better clearance and depending on how wide you go a better footprint. ive got 31s on a stock 95 4x4 and the front sags like a mutha. never rubbed or anything even at full flex. youve got an extended cab with the 4.0 right? so you probably will get a little less than 4 inches since your rig is heavier. but yea ill quit blabbin, 33s definantly, 35s if you like rubbing.

thanks man.yea its extended cab and ridin like a hotrod haha.its the reason i want a small lift.i made my mind to put money away for a 4in because i want to keep the steering geometry.ima probably go with 33 10.50 bfg all terrains since i never go through mud.around here we save POS chevys for tearin up haha

THE leveling kit is not worth the money save i put the rough country leveling springs on my 97 and the caster bushings must be replaced when leveling i should of saved but it looks nics and rides good :headbang:
