I mean, my Choptop with the 4.0 OHV, I do have headers on it. I scored a deal on them back around the time I did the 4.0 swap in it so I did it. Then I had a local muffler shop bend me up some stainless all the way back to replace the stuff that rotted out. It’s overkill probably, but eventually I wanted to supercharge it so nothing exhaust side has to change to do that now.Makes sense - after i asked i realized this thread was full of V8 swaps... someday ill join yall
My 88 Bronco II will get headers on the 2.9 when I get to fixing that truck. Why? Because I bought them like 15 years ago for it. It will also get stainless all the way back because, well, the stock exhaust and the replacement both have rusted away. Although I’m toying with some crazy ideas that may result in the headers continuing to collect dust in my shed, lol. Whatever, I like playing with this stuff.
The 5.0 in my green Ranger, with the TM headers, high flow cats, stainless Magnaflow crossover muffler and true 2.5” duals all the way back sounds mean. I’m not gonna lie, lol.
