Lookie what I found on my way home from work

I came across a 1990 B2 4x4 yesterday. 5 speed, automatic 4x4, new driveshaft, rebuilt a/c, and quite a few other things, less than 100k miles. But their asking price was $3800. For $3800, I could buy a post 1996 4x4 with more modern stuff on it. And I wasn't even considering that it had a cheap Makco paint job.

Is the paint peeling yet, Or just have enough orange peel to light a match on?

Wouldn't matter for what I was considering to do with it. Paint would be merely a metal protection thing. I was looking at that B2 as an off-road rig.

In that case,,,,,,,,,, peeling paint is a small concern when it comes to a trail rig......If the clear peels off, there is nothing to protect the sheet metal besides the factory paint, if it is still there, I wouldnt worry about it if it is only the front fenders, grill, hood, or doors painted by MACO. Just have the the entire rig covered in bed liner.
