Here's some shots from our Club's annual long weekend Wheeling and camping to a place we call Red Rose.

All in all it was a great weekend, fabulous weather and good people. The ranger is in for some surgery after the weekend tho as I caught a rock with the front diff and bent the drivers side beam right in the middle. New trussed/braced beams are in the works as I have a spare set, perhaps even extended radius arms...we shall see.

Here we go

Great pics! You guys have some beautiful landscape up there. If I ever finish my rig I hope to make it up there someday to do some wheelin'. You guys ever get hassled for creek crossing/wheeling up there? It can be a big no-no around here in certain places if DFG catches you doing it.

Looks like you guys all had a great time. Next time make bigger photos...lol

"That looks awesome. Your dog had an "OH SHIT!!" look on his face when you were crossing that creek lol

damn, that's a cool lookin place to wheel, you need to grab some of that scrap metal and take to a recycling place, you got $250 there at least

you may look at it as scrap.....but there it is considered "historical artifacts"....

don't wanna be caught haulin' that stuff off....

I wish the lake over here was like that, it only is in the winter, but 90%of the shore is privately owned with nowhere to wheel.

That's 56 year old history, it's staying right there! :icon_thumby:

That's the least intelligent statement I've seen in months, congratulations.

thanks!! :thefinger:

yeah, y'all are right, my bad.....a bunch of miner's leaving all their leftover shit, trash and abandoned buildings on the top of a mountain is definitely history that needs to be preserved, how could i have been so shortsighted
