Take it apart and find out what's keeping it from doing it's job. I fix pneumatic tools all the time at work. Just look for somthing that doesn't look right. It easey. Then go online and get the parts break down, find the part# and order it.
if its a craftsman they have a website that'll give you a diagram of the tool and the part numbers to fix it. If its not a craftsman you can still check the diagrams for a general idea
