Ok I wasn't sure where to post this but..
I bought a 1993 ranger with a built 2.3 for a local dirt circle track racing and broadsided some one witch crumpled the frame on the passenger side just near the motor, now not knowing how the truck was built they cut about 1 1/2 inches out of the frame so the headers could fit,
So now my question is how could I re-bend it back with out crumbling it again I tried pulling it with my tractor and the chain ended up cutting into the frame I am just using the truck for the first part of the year till I get my spare truck done

Did you compromise the suspension? If not, use it as is. You'll probably be in a few more fender benders, no use fixing what doesn't need fixing.

If they cut part of the damaged area, then you'll probably never get it withing spec. That kind of thing should be put on a frame rack, and pulled, without cutting anything. Heating it up to bend it, will just make it bend again in that spot, easier next time.
I guess this is coming from somebody who worked in a shop using a frame rack, on new cars though too.
