Lighting issue

Having a issue with a 2001 ranger. When I turn on the right hand blinker all my lights flash including my radio. When I turn my head light switch on my right blinker stays on. Checked the bulbs. Checked the flasher relay and checked the ground on the fender. Thanks

This certainly reads as one of two problems....

A bad turn park/turn signal bulb... could be front or rear

Bad ground for the front or rear lighting.

I would go back through and double check things before you go into other things to far.
