Ok...I had this made about two years ago by a guy on Ebay. It is really nice but I had changed bumpers on my Jeep and I thought I would weld this on to the off road bumper I put on my Jeep. I put the stock bumper back on the Jeep and gave the off rode bumper to a very good friend for a X-mas gift last year. This thing is still sitting in my garage. I measured it and it will mount to my stock bumper on my 99 Ranger. It is not a real heavy light bar and I have a bl so the bumper when it was brought up with the bl kit is not really strong enough to mount this.
I can drill some 1/4 holes in the base of the light bar and mount it to the bumper but I am afraid it would cause the bumper to shake since I can take my hand and smack the bumper and it shakes a bit. I have two 6 inch off road lights mounted to the bumper and they are fine on it. I am thinking about finding somebody to weld me up some heavy duty brackets to mount my bumper better than it is now. If so I can use this thing. If not...I will put it up for sale on this site. I paid $60.00 with shipping for the light bar so I thought it was not a bad deal. Any ideas, guys? Here are two photos of the light bar:
