Lifting front end cheap

I wouldn't. washers are a lot cheaper and more sturdy. Or F150 springs form a JY like I did.

Where could I find suitable washers?

yours is a 07? if so washers or F150 coils wont work on it.

u must get the spacers u found on e-bay

I'd go with spacers over replacement lift springs. Especially if its your DD. I had the 2" lift springs on my 2004 and it was super stiff. I ended up taking them off. You should look into 3" lift spindles also. Easier than the spring spacers and you keep your stock ride quality.

Would i need to extend the brakelines with installing 3" spindles?

you may need longer brake lines, i guess it depends on how much farther your down travel increases with the drop spindles. the only other thing i can think of that you may need would be ball joints, just because youll already have the knuckle off.
