I was wondering if I could just crank up the torsion bars in the front enough to level it out with the back to put some 33 BFGs. I may have to go with 31s, but that's besides the point.

How would I go about raising the torsions bars for about a 1.5 inch life and would I need to get a front end alignment?

Is that a 4x4 truck? If so follow the bars until they end, about under the seat area of the frame. Tighten the bolts under the torsion bar with a socket and breaker bar 4 or 5 turns, and measure. Drive around for a little and measure agian, go for 1.5 to 2 inches of lift max.I did it to my bro in laws truck and put 265 76 16 on the stock rims.. looks really good
