I got this truck at the end of June. I traded straight trade my POS Hyundai for it, never drove it, heard it run for 10 minutes, thats it. It has 215K on it and runs like a champ. It's a splash so it has ALLL the options tilt, cruise, power windows, locks, mirrors, tarp in the extended cab, premium audio, 4.0, 8.8 limited slip. I think I got a good deal on it so far I've done:
fuel pump
windshield
complete tune up/maintenance
rear seal
wire wheel and paint the frame
new(to me) mirrors
new(to me) grill
Skyjacker leveling coils
31/10.5 BFGs
Tinted lights
iPod docking radio
crappy speakers
freebie Jensen subwoofer and amp
Warn hubs (complete for $30 :thefinger:)
other stupid stuff too, cosmetic stuff
I really want to build it, I have 3" body lift blocks to do the cab (freebie :thefinger:) and I want to get 33/12.5s but I need to wait, I have a 65mi commute 2 days a week until January, then probably 5 days a week after that! ...Damn college learnin...
I have a Flowmaster 40 to put on, I just need to go have a flange made up.
Blah blah blah...heres the pics

Go cut you flange of an old catalytic converter and weld it on there.

does it have to be 3rd gen ranger specific? i know where theres a y pipe from an 88 BII, would the flange on that be right or do i need a cat's flange?

So 1:30Am is a good time to update this? Oh sure!
Truck got a 2 1/2" Flowmaster 40 dumped in front of the rear tire, that got ripped off on a trail, so now its a 2 1/2" Flowmaster 40 dumped under the bed.
CB installed under the dash and 4' fiberglass antenna mounted on the bed... meh it works...
10" Jensen sub woofer in cheap generic box and Jensen amp
dumb cone air filter to at least move the intake higher (in front of heater box)
tool box in the bed for chain, sleeping bag, tools, ect...

now for things to do.
tomorrow im ordering 31x10.5 Nokian Vatiiva MTs
buying some lights, looking at the Hella 500FFs
i scored a spare ashtray and got a nifty 3 12v plug plus usb plug widget from walmart. I'm going to cut the ashtray and fit this in so i can run my GPS, 12v cooler and charge my Zune

and i just got home from tooling around in our first big storm, got about a foots of snow so far, went and did some night wheeling and night hiking in damn near blizzard conditions
