Lift size?

I have a 98 XLT that looks like it's lifted but I'm not sure if the previous owner lifted it, put larger tires on it or if it's factory height. I believe it has 33's on it. It's also high enough for me to almost climb into it and I'm 6'3" so how can I tell if it's lifted? What would be stock height?

I'm gonna say the only way to tell if it's lifted is to look for lift kit parts. On a '98, I'd start by looking for body lift blocks..
