if i get a 3in blocks for the rear and a 2in add a leaf kit and a 4in kift coil spring up front will that work or will i need to get anyhting else

You already have 2" blocks in there, so don't add a 3" on top of that. You could use Explorer springs or Belltech 6400 shackles instead and probably still have some rake with the AAL. You'll need more than coils for the front end, you'll need axle pivot drop brackets, radius arm drop brackets (or extended arms), brake lines, shocks, a drop pitman arm, extended brake lines and likely alignment bushings.

is there a cheap kit that comes with all of that cause if not i do have explorer leaf springs and a 3in body lift but i dont want to break the bank

Start looking around, also keep in mind used kits. It's pretty likely that a cheap kit won't come with everything listed, but you can probably find one with most of it. Definitely keep your eyes on the parts for sale section here, there is a lot of good stuff in there.

You can usually pick up a 4" Rough Country lift for around 450 or so. They usually don't come with brake lines, that'll be about 40-80$.

It will come with springs, axle pivot brackets, radius arm drop brackets and most likely a drop pitman arm

Ebay, 4 wheel parts, 4 wheel online, Rocky Mountain Suspension....there are tons of sites man

you can check these out. there actually a superlift kit is what i was told and is complete with everything except ext. brake lines and sway bar brackets. ive talked to a few people thats actually bought the kit and theve been very happy with it. these kits are designed for mild off road trucks. hope this helps a little bit.

will suspension lifts work on my truck if i put on the exploder rar leafs and front coils

lifts come with new coils the rear springs should be fine. i think if you ran the exp. rear springs with the drop shackles you should be good depending on the size of the front coils(lift)
