lift problems??? with the transfer case shifter

i just bought a shifter for my t case. my question is i have a 3 inche body lift. how far will my shifter for the tcase stick out of the floor. if u have some pics of yours with a body lift post them please. and pics of how to extend them?? thanks shaun

I never extended mine. It was stuck out of the floor about 4-5 inches to the top of the shifter knob. And no I didn't extend the shifter.

i extended mine about 2.5in just enough to get the bigger part of the shifter above the floor. i just used a 5/8 bolt cut shifter and welded it in.
