I really want to put some sort of lift in my B2, I want to run 31" or 32" tires, anyone out there running this size tires that would like to post some pics? And what size and kind of lift so I can get some ideas? Thanks in advance!!

Well I don't have any pictures but when I got my B2 all I had was a 3" body lift and some minor trimming of the wheel well's and I was running 36x12.5x15 , So just get a body lift as it's a cheaper way to go . Hope this helps ?

i have a 90 with 2 inch spacers and i clear 31's with ease. i actually ran the 31's with no lift on the stock sagging springs with no rubbing until i hit a major bump. (mine also had the same paint as the one in your avatar)

I do have some explorer springs I could put in and then maybe get some coil spacers

I have a 4" suspension lift and am currently running 30's. I can run run bigger but just haven't yet.

i had 31 10.50s on my stock 86 and they only rubbed when i hit a good size bump aswell with a 2" suspenion lift would would probly be fine with 32's aswell

How much of a lift do the Explorer springs give you? Just curious.

That a very "interesting" question. Some say none and I have read 6". Seems it depends mostly on how worn your existing springs are, how worn the explorer springs are, and the spring code for both...

Is anyone running 31x10.50x15" tires on the stock rims? I am planning to do this with a 2" lift. Let me know if the backspacing is OK or if i need to get different rims.

I have these rims:

those are the wheels i have. i had 31x10.50r15 bf goodrich all terrains with no lift and no rubbing at full turn with no lift. i had to really stuff the tire before i even cam close to rubbing anywhere

The tag on my door states the rims are 15x5.5. I need to check the rims I have to see how wide they are. Maybe previous owner swapped them. I don't want to run 0.5" wide tires on the 5.5" rim.

take all the suspension parts off a first gen explorer shocks springs and leafs and you can run 30s or 31s
