Lift Coil Questions

I tried the search button numerous times and nothing came up.

I have the ability to get whatever size coils/springs I need but I need to know what size they need to be. I want about 2-3 inches of Lift on the front end. What are the dimensions/spring rate of the Coils I should get?

i would get some 2-3" lift coils from skjacker they flex pretty well. i had 4" rough county coils on my 4.0l and it took some 2" spacers to level it out so dont get those

Well I'm not buying actual coils I just need to know what size of springs they need to be. I have a friend that works at a spring company but he just needs to know all the dimensions of the coil.
