My credo
i think i have some truck on my rust
i want to get a levelling kit for my 1991 4x4, as i like the space between the tires/ fender in the rear and would like them to match. i figure 2' should be enough to even it out. my question is, what all in do i need? every 2 inch levelling kit just includes springs, and nothing else. is my truck going to need anything other than springs? TIA.

You can also level it with spacer blocks under the coil spring where it sets on the axle, You can probably get them from Amazon,

I just installed these a couple of weeks ago:
My ride quality is greatly improved, the truck handles better, and the springs were less than $100 shipped.
If you go this route, you will need a 30mm socket and enough extensions to reach the retainer bolt from the top of the coil spring. Install took about an hour per side,

So where are the tastie before & after pictures that we all stay awake at night thinking about??

Glad it all worked out. Can I make a request, post a link using that chain link thingy between the picture icon & the T icon. Just copy & paste the address into the box.

Having the front up a little makes the armadillos much easier to remove after the long road back from the dance hall on Saturday nights.

i was up in central texas a few weeks ago and saw the craziest animal crossing the road. so much that i had to stop and run back and take a picture.

it was porcupine. i had never seen one in real life. imagine hitting that and having to pull it out of the grill or lower radiator area.

Don't laugh, after 25 years here in Brazos county, I saw my very first aardvark! It's exactly like an armadillo except with fur. That's who has been digging up my lawn.
