i use this one a lot for tacking and bodywork-just a little 120v craftsman....the whip is only 8',so the whole macine has to be moved around a lot.

I got another one a few days ago... cost me about $15 for a new plug and some 6013 rod, and another $35 for an extension cord so I can run it off the dryer outlet in my house.

Everlast PowerTig 200LX and a PowerPlasma 50

Also my Century I got for free-

And since im sure somebody will ask, yes the Everlast welders work great. I have had my Tig for over a year and it works beautifully, has all the bells and whistles. I like my Tig so much, I bought the plasma a few months ago, I guess it will do 3/4" steel, but I have only used it up to 1/2".

I plan on replacing my Century with an Everlast mig in the near future.

Is your TIG capable of doing aluminum?

Yes, AC/DC squarewave, W/pulse, all adjustable. I replaced the weldcraft torch it came with with CK stuff just because CK headquarters is right here in Auburn, and If I have any problems, I can take it right to them. I have a big Gas-cooled torch, and a small 125a torch with the flex whip for small work. Its a great machine, the only complaint I have is the pedal, spring is a little stiff, but other than that, its great.

I had one of those shitty ass 90amp HF welders before, biggest pile I ever used aside from a small craftsman buzzbox my grandpa had, but it was cheap and I welded alot of stuff with it, just have alot of grinding discs ready to go! :D
