Did some changes including winch recessed 7'' into the grill, stinger and reinforcing the bumper into the frame. Hope you like.

that tube looks like it would bust loose from the tack welds on the bottom and fold back into your winch if you ever hit a tree or something solid? i would have cut the tube to the same angle as the bumper plate and then weld it all the way around, that would make the attachment point stronger and with the added flat stock gussets (those look like you did a solid job attaching them) youd be ready to push and deflect trail debris.

but i've been reading it searching for bumper idea... and I still havent decide..

but here is the start of my rear bumper.

at least, it's gonna rest on something solid! And frankly, I was thinking about fitting jeep bumpers
