What is the dealer going to say? Warranty? I am hoping. I know brakes are a wear item but 1 year and less than 11k on the truck?

Waranty on brakes is 1 year 20,000km's from ford

Make sure the lug nuts are torqued properly. That will help a little with that problem to keep it from happening.

For some reason Ford will warranty rotors but will not warrant the pads.
