Left turn signal stops flashing

I have a 2005 Ranger 4.0 V6 xlt. Every so often I go to make a left turn and upon putting the left turn signal on, it will either not Blink at all, the arrow is dimly lit but steady and outside the bulbs are lit and also not blinking. Or it will blink and at the same time the other dash lights and radio face also blink with it. I took the truck to the dealer and of coarse it refused to malfunction there it worked fine the whole time they had it! I have already tried changing the bulbs no Luck still happened again. Any Suggestions will be appreciated.

Flasher.

If they try to go through normal diag it will finger the switch as the problem. It is more likely to be the flasher.

Update to my problem. I drove around for two weeks and everything worked fine. yesterday I opened my driver door and went to step on the Brake pedal and heard the lights on chime working. headlight switch was off. Upon removing my foot from the brake pedal the chime would stop.Upon starting my truck I noticed the old problem returned signal light freezeing up when head lights are turned on then would begin blinking the moment I turn the head lights off. When the signal lite did blink the other dash lights and radio face will blink along with it. ANY IDEAS PLEASE HELP!!!

Any time one electrical thing acts strangely, and some other electrical thing is affected it is always a bad ground. Which one in your case is beyond me at this time, but it is a bad ground causing your trouble.
