Hey guys. Thought id make a thread for my light install
To start off im a volunteer firefighter and ambulance driver( hopefully soon to be lieutenant and emt) and my current light setup is not only ghetto but infective.
I currintly run a federal signal slim something or other that was once hard wired and i now have t
o physically plug in and unplug to turn on and off, with a ranger as you should already know is a pain(constantly hot cigarette plug and poor ashtray design thats hard to unplug from)
So i got a 6 head speedtech setup with all blue heads, should be here tomorrow and i plan on wiring the switch box and power unit tomorrow and mabe mounting the heads asap.
Getting tired of the cardboard flash guard and the current light behind the sun strip.....
Ill update when i get an idea of what im doing, never installed such a well put together kit as opposed to individual light heads and wiring them as i see fit aswell as building a mastered swithch box with sync and pattern change buttons.....
