In the "Old Days" you used to be able to go to any Leatherman Dealer and ask for a warranty replacement. Those days are over; now you just send it into Leatherman with a letter telling them what's wrong. It's as simple as that.... no orignal receipt necessary.Do you need to have the original receipt for it if you are sending it in for warranty?
