Trucks got just under 200k on the odometer and has developed a leak off the front seal. Seems to weep 1 or 2 drops right after shut off. It could possibly be leaking while the engine is running but I am not sure. Everything is oily moist so I would assume the oil is being flinged everywhere. Hasn't leaked enough to warrant any additional addition of oil, still reads full.

So, keep an eye on it? What should i watch for? I would assume its only going to get worse and worse?

Check the pcv system to make sure there isn't blowby building up in the engine and PUSHING the oil out the seal.
