Where the headliner meets the door jam and window , the headliner gets wet, just had new window put in, has anyone had this problem?

you can search the forum for this, there has been lots of discussion on it, but it is more than likely your drip rail. Look for fine cracks in the paint, the seal filler has more than likely cracked and leaking there.

Thanks that should help, can you get seam sealer at auto parts stores?
