I seem to have a leak coming from what I believe to be the power steering cooling return line. Just looking for people’s opinion on if that’s where the leak seems to be coming from in my (shitty) photo, if that’s a common line to fail, how easy/hard it is to change and if there’s a line near by that is known to leak or anything of the sort.

If it's leaking in the circled area, it should be extremely easy to change. Those are just spring loaded hose clamps on each end. Stick zip-tie thru and pull them open. Pull the hose off and replace it then position the clamps and cut the ties.
