Land Cruiser Drive Axles?

theres many and it all sepends on the years...

you can get a 40 series axles which are 8" ring gear and basicly is a mini truck axle i think (the pickups) 56"ish wms i believe

theres a fj60/62 axles which are the 9.5" ring gear also is considered i 1 ton i recently was told and use the same shafts as the mini trucks but are wider in the hubs so overall the wms is 58.5" and have bigger breaks and wheel bearings as well

then theres the 80 series which i havnt dealt with yet,

is the rear diff offset? thats an indicator but if you got more info on the truck i may be able to help you out a little more, you can try msging BONES on here as well. as he has a toyota based toy. i can say though toyota axles hole up to a ton of abuse no matter what people try and say. i know ppl on 38s with them and doublers another guy on 5.29s and 36s andn both of them have a huge lead boot. i just put a IFS toyoyta rear in my samurai with the fj62 landcruiser fornt in my samurai with a 22re and its stepping up to 38s im running 5.29s and a spooled rear. i dont foresee any problems with it.

you could also try pirate4x4.com as they have a huge tech section for toyotas and if you read through the builds and get past the usual pirate b.s you learn alot haha
