What???!?? no....no one can tell what I am gonna do from that post....:icon_twisted:

Alright, I guess they can, but I am not keeping it a secret, just waiting to do a full reveal when I actually go pick it up.

Alright, decided to put my time to some use today. Did it write up style since I had the camera out with me...

Swapped out my tail lights today for some euros I had laying around. I used them before but the always fogged up and looked like ass so I decided to tint them, maybe they will look better if you can't see the ass.

So here are my original tails, then see my temp fix to get home. Zip ties FTW

And I also had another problem yesterday, I have(had) a super ghetto fabed CAI on my truck to miss my shock hoop. Any way, I epoxied a cone filter to the MAF and it worked fine until yesterday when sometime the filter fell off. My truck started idling funny wet and took a look and the filter was gone.

SO I dug up the other filter I had and decided to make it attach to my MAF a little less ghetto, here is how I did it.

I decided to cut the flange off the MAF, it looked like that if I took that off the filter could clamp right to it. So out came the cutting wheel and I went to town

then I cleaned it up a little

I am happy with it, took me 5 min to do and cost me nothing.

might wanna do some form of snorkel, unless you guys dont have deep water over there

Yeah, this is still just a temp set up. I plan on getting a newer 4.0 air box that locates it where I put mine, then I will have an enclosed element I will add a snorkle of some sort to.

You know autozone has adapters for that.

Alright smart ass......this was free.

:icon_rofl: :icon_rofl: :icon_rofl:You know what they say, better a smart a$$ then a dumb a$$....not that I'm calling anyone that....Kyle, are you buying a doubler?? Why not build one, I am...I'm uploading pics now from starting it...I don't have a huge ocean liner press, but I know people who do, and I asked them for help along with my build...Can't wait to see what you have planned... :icon_thumby:

i give those new tail lights 9 and a half days before they disintergrate from the trees/brush!

Maybe time to invest in some of those metal tail light guards?

and you guys think you have body damage?

I am still gonna 'build' part of it, but for what I am paying ($250) I can't pass it up. I will be getting a 1350 doubler and a 1354m rear case and the linages. I will build (or try to) a one piece shaft for it.

Maybe time to invest in some of those metal tail light guards?

Those would last one trip out.....really. I think I just have to learn to drive better:icon_surprised: the snow on the trails is what go me this time. O-well, fixed now.
