Kroussin 93 Explorer build

yeah i could cut threads further if I had a 5/8-18 die. the threads on them right now are rolled threads but whatever. i'm not worried about the thick washers they are pretty low on my priority/issue list. I am fairly certain i will have alot of other issues before these cause a problem

truck is together and still alive as some know. brake's do work great and didn't need to upgrade the master. I'm not saying a different master wouldn't improve braking but can fairly easily lock up all 4 tire's which was nearly impossiable to do previously. will update the page soon

Only things left to be able to do is exo cage, motor/trans/transfercase upgrade axles upgrade.

How's the 4.0 handling it all?

So I am no officially rockin out the 37x12.5x16.5 wrangler M/T mill take off's. they don't grab nearly as well offroad but are much better behaved at speed. I acquired a total of 5 tires with 90%+ tread I ordered 4 pro-comp wheels and just use a 37" trxus as a spare in the truck. however after today Look's like I may order that 5th wheel as I hit a rock with a little too much speed and bent one pretty good. on the broken parts for today. cd player no longer accepts cd's, bent a wheel and riped the torque arm off the rear axle. I really need to address some issues pretty quick

Minor Update. rearend feels sooo squishy and sloppy with no torque arm now. Get off the clutch hard and it is no longer a crisp response However it does feel smoother but you can literally feel the rear suspension wrap up durring Hard accel on dry pavement. Was going to leave it off since I never noticed a drastic improvement when I put it on. but Now I think I may remake/redesign it and run it again. And for those wondering failure point was two broken 1/2' grd8 bolts and sheered one axle side plate. I should have plated between the two axle plates for a little added strength but you live and learn
