Koty's 91 Ranger Build Thread

dont have internet at home anymore but the sas is complete. i have a few kinks to work out but ive been running around in it for 2 weeks now with no real problems. my axles are still leaking havent had the motivation to get them fixed quite yet and thats my only real problem. i need bigger tires and longer shocks. then i might take the bodylift out.

ill try to get some pics up in the next week. havent wheeled it yet. i wanna work the kinks out on the road first so im not out on the trail breaking a bunch of stuff

Good to hear that she is ont the road driving. My front driverside axle seal leaks slowly too but since I have a clear diff cover, I can keep my eye on the oil level in it.

have at it

Its time for a avatar picture change now. I say the fifth picture.

I agree with the radius arm brackets hanging to low. And
pull that body lift out and when you get bigger tires cut until they fit. Otherwise looks sweet keep it up.

hey koty what you running for front springs? looks good! reminds me of what my 91 could have been before i beat the piss out of it, cut the fenders, and bombed it OD green haha

thanks guys. im running the duff 5.5 early bronco progressives. gotta go im at work haha

got the rear axle shaft pulled at the moment bc of the leaking seal. should have it back together after work. also my steering has always had a lot of play in it but its more noticable with the added height now. im figuring my steering box is the culprit? just wanted a second opinion before i went looking for another

You could just take out the slack...adjust it at the box.

Check to see if your trackbar mount isnt flexing on you or anything else is. When mine flexed on me, I had alot of play in my steering.
