Koty's 91 Ranger Build Thread

thanks guys and yes its on blocks/stands now. like i said that was just temporary for a few hours to hold it there until i could get something under it where i could really work under it.

It was a few hours to long too...all it took was the ground to give or the wind to blow hard enough to have it fall and the truck kiss the ground and worse, you being under it. Any pics for here or are they ALL going to be on fb?

not to mention that you got the ttb out b4 you got the blocks so you had to be under it while it was like that.... but anyways its done now i just dont wanna see youget squished. ive droppped a truck on my knee b4 and its isnt fun in the least

That is only if photobucket will cooperate

i don't have an issue w/ photobucket, i think you're doing something wrong escort.. lol

where's the latest pics?? come one man. get to it!

oh and if you have an iPhone, FB and photobucket uploading is easy.

Well photobucket is working for me now. Tomorrow, now that will be different I bet.

I have an android internet tablet and I can upload as may pictures as I want at a time and videos too to my photobucket. And with snapbucket, I can upload pictures to my photobucket and facebook at the sametime. Wish I had an android phone so that I didnt have to teather to my phone or be by wifi to upload my pics/videos.

which leaves me to today. still gotta cut out my old coil buckets and my tranny crossmember brackets. then bolt in everything else. todays goal is cut all that out and get the axle sitting under the truck. then maybe start drilling and bolting in the new coilbuckets and the radius arm mounts

Damn what kind of rear leaves are those? Was the 9 inch basiclly a bolt in thing or did you have to move the perches?

the perches and shock tabs had to be moved in. (2.5" on each side if i remember correctly) the leafs are trail gear toyota 3" lift springs. i was understanding that they bolt right in on the ranger. well you actually have to move the mounts all around so they werent a bolt in affair unless you want the axle pushed back 2"..... but they do seem like they will perform well.

I just did the chevy 63 inch swap and called it good due to theres was great info on it in the tech library.

not a whole lot goin on. got the front end under and mostly hooked up. replaced the balljoints and differential seals. then just a few random things here and there. been kinda busy lately
