Koda's Zx2.

I would get it warmed up, plug in code reader and see if it is reading a somewhat accurate temperature, if it's not I would check the temperature sending unit and make sure it's plugged in and that the wires aren't melted to your exhaust manifold.

Getting that wheel bearing fixed tomorrow at three. Hopefully this solves my problem. If not I'm out $200 for nothing. :D

It's free money anyway.

So I typed a big long thing about how I got my wheel bearing fixed and stuff, and how I'm going to buy a stereo and converter plate for my car. But my computer froze.

I typed all the way down to here. Dead serious.

Anyway, I got my wheel bearing fixed for 214, and now my car drives amazing and I can actually hear myself think.

lol i think your computer needs a block heater, for those frozen times... lol:icon_rofl:

Bahaha.

The way I see it, it's either spend a few hundred and build a computer, spend a few hundred and mod my car, or spend a few hundred and fix my truck.

I'm going to do the second two, I'd just end up bricking out the new computer anyway. I just need to clean the old one out and then update the fan and a few things and it will be good as new. It's one of those slim dell computers, so there's not much room in it unfortunately.

yeah i know how that is, i had to use money for mods to the truck for my new computer, cuz the old one just died. the Hd went bad, and it was too expensive to get a new one,and then keep counting that the processor wouldnt fry. so i had to get a new one. i dont regret it tho...

and now im ready to buid some nerf bars:icon_welder:

Mostly this year I think I'll just work on getting the rear end swapped and the oil pan fixed for the Ranger. Next year I'll work on the lift and whatnot. If I can just patch the pan the way I'm theorizing then I don't have to worry about having 300 to replace the pan, and that can go towards my lift. Or a used welder!

A lot of my money will be put into my Zx2 since it's driven August->April and the truck is only May->July. There's some decent rims for sale in the town next to mine that would fit for $200. They're only 15" and I'm not sure if I like the style. Konig Monsoon.

Opinions?

The price is low because one has a "cosmetic" dent and the tires are 90/90/75/50%. My guess is he had the 90's on the front of his car (foxbody 'stang) and a pair of tires on the back that got worn down to 50, but one blew at 75ish and he bought a new one making it 50 and 75 when they wore down the other 25%.

they look good!!!
try to photoshop em to your ride:D
i think 15" is enoguh so it wont look ricey or like a hood ride with 20"s

That's what my stock rims are, 15's. I kind of wanted to try out 17's but I don't know.

Here's how I was thinking about doing them up.

When you paint rims, can you just use some good enamel paint, or do you have to powdercoat them? If so I know of a guy in a town nearby that runs a powdercoating business in his free time, but it wont be cheap.

on my car i just painted em, on my cousins celica i painted em too, just clean them give a good sand and get the best paint u can
cheaper than powder coating and lasts pretty good

I'd probably use Rustoleum Enamel. I have it on my muffler under the red paint and so far it only peeled up where it got burnt on the ends. The rest is flawless.

The wheels look pretty decent, nice a simple.. Depends on the color of the car whether to go black or not.

If that cosmetic dent isn't so cosmetic then I'll be prettymuch screwed. This is a discontinued style, so most places will only sell you sets of four.
