up to 35 in tires i would run a jeep front axle. 35 in or bigger i would look to the dana 44 options at least.

This.... Or Superlift...but it's $2 grand
 
Yeah im pretty sure there is a sticky that tells u the only lift available now is the superlift, and its expensive, and they can charge whatever they want because they are the only game in town for 98+ rangers now.
 
As stated above, the lift will not work. pre 98 the rangers used ttb suspension. Yours is a IFS.
If you want to lift you can always do a 3" body lift or crank the tbars and a shackle/block/add a leaf in the rear
