look like ima gonna rebuilt the the old a4ld at the school shop dew to a lack of funds do ya think i could do it for 500 bux also what are som of the rebuild kit i should consier i was kinda lookin for the biggest kit i could buy

No kit contains exactly what you need. You replace what inspects as bad. If you can't do this, you need someone else to rebuild the transmission. Just buying a $500 kit means replacing parts you don't need and probably not replacing parts you do need.

You can get a junkyard transmission with a guarantee for well under $500, and if funds are an issue, I'd suggest going there.

bought a master kit off ebay from MURPHY AUTOMOTIVE (was the store name)
it was for a c-4 a little over $70 bucks shipped, had cluthes by raybestos and full steel set.i was very happy with it.
check them out for the a4.
