Anybody know how to set,or reprogram the number pad on a 2010 ranger ?
I bought the truck used, the previous owner doesn't know the code.
Any ideas.

The factory preset code can only be changed by replacement of the body control module. Additional custom codes can be programmed but require the factory code to be entered first, so you need it no matter what.

On many years of the Rangers the code is printed on a label on the module. Otherwise the only way to get it is to have the dealer retrieve the code from the module using a scan tool. I am not aware of any aftermarket (Snap-On, Mac, etc) scanners that can get that information.
