Key Fobs

My 2011 XLT Ranger never came with the factory key fobs and I never gave it much thought because (many years ago) they used to be kind of expensive. The other day I decided to look at ebay for a used fob just to see what they cost only to find new Chinese copies, 2 for $7. They claimed to work for my application, so I figured for that price it was worth a gamble.

They work fantastic!

I searched on here a little and I didn't see any reviews on these knock off fobs so I thought I would share what I found. So for anyone searching in the future, if yours are missing or damaged, these replacements work great. I believe they would work for 2011 back through 2004ish trucks, or what ever year it was that ford changed to the new entry module.

That's the set I got. Did one set for my 2000 Ranger and one for dad's 1999 Ranger. Both sets work great.
